Job Description:

Salary: NJC Scale 3, Points 5-6, pro rata to £20,640 - £20,985

Working Hours: 37 hours per week, term time plus 5 days during school holidays

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and hardworking individual to support the improvement of attendance for students across Years 7 to 11. The successful candidate will be organized, possess strong literacy and IT skills, and be responsible for tasks such as preparing letters, statistical reports, and completing attendance-related referrals to outside agencies. You will work within a small attendance team and may liaise with families.

Candidate Requirements: The ideal candidate will have unlimited optimism, excellent communication skills, strong literacy and IT skills, and a tenacity to improve attendance levels. A positive and supportive attitude towards young people and their families is essential.

Additional Information: The role requires a good standard of education. In return, you will enjoy working in a unique environment in the heart of the Weald of Kent, with an independent nursery on site.
