Kingsway Park High School is seeking an Attendance Administrator to join the attendance and pastoral team. You will be organising and managing attendance records, contacting parents, and supporting students to improve attendance and punctuality.
The role requires strong organisation, confident communication, and careful handling of sensitive information. A busy, varied workload with safeguarding considerations is expected.
Every day in school matters and this role plays a key part in making sure our students are here, engaged and able to make the most of their education.
We are looking for an organised, confident and people‑focused Attendance Administrator to join our attendance and pastoral team. You’ll be someone who enjoys a busy and varied working day, can build positive relationships with students and families, and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, ask questions and help find solutions.
No two days will be quite the same. One minute you might be following up an unexplained absence, the next speaking with a parent, tracking down a missing attendance mark, preparing information for colleagues or supporting a family to overcome barriers to getting their child into school.
You don’t need to be an attendance expert on day one. We’re looking for someone with the right combination of organisation, confidence and people skills.
Experience in administration, customer service, education, attendance or pastoral support would be useful, but just as important is your ability to connect with people, stay organised and approach challenges with persistence and professionalism.
At Kingsway Park High School and Altus Education Partnership, we are deeply committed to developing our staff and supporting long‑term careers.
