• Motivate a team to meet production targets effectively.
• Ensure final products meet client specifications (SPI).
• Maximise production efficiency to meet daily/hourly plans.
• Utilise onsite IT and Warehouse Management Systems effectively.
• Adhere to health, safety, and quality regulations, promoting best practices.
• Complete accurate paperwork and systems as per company procedures.
• Maintain compliance with hygienic audits, both internal and external.
• Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and housekeeping standards.
• Attend Line Leader meetings.
• Assist in training and developing new starters.
• Act as a role model for best practices.
• Monitor, control, and minimise waste.

Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Participate in the company's appraisal system.
• Drive personal development through training and experience.
• Undertake other duties reasonably within the scope and grade of the post.
• Consistently reach and exceed targets across multiple lines in the Copack Operation.
