Salary: £ 26,374.40 per annum

What is the role of an ATM Test Technician?

To test the full range of ATM parts and modules found in our ATM estate.


What will I be doing as an ATM Test Technician?

The test and fault identification of ATM modules across all of the estates ATM models.

Ensure parts are repaired to exacting standards with stringent quality control measures.

Use diagnostic equipment and test programs to diagnose and assist with troubleshooting.

The shipping of parts to the field engineers.

The updating of the tracking system.

The general maintenance of test ATMs and related equipment.

The harvesting of parts.

To support the parts dispatch department and all areas of Field Operations as and when required.

Shipping and tracking outgoing and incoming part requests and updating the tracking system in a timely and prompt manner.

To help manage/maintain the Field Ops stock/holding areas.

To load and unload parts deliveries.

Ensure all administrative aspects of the role are completed on time.

Work closely and with the guidance of the Technical Support team in all aspects of the repair function.

Implement product upgrades and enhancements as and when required.

Continuously assist in improving and refining test processes to deliver improved part-life expectancy.

What will I need to succeed as an ATM Test Technician?

Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Windows and commonly used Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Ability to follow technical information and procedures correctly.

Ensure all regulatory procedures are followed correctly.

Prior knowledge of NCR, Wincor, and Triton ATM types would be useful but not essential.

Full training will be provided.

Motivated and a team player and a willingness to learn

Priorities your workload and work to tight deadlines.

Possess good communication skills.

Potential to lift heavy equipment as and when required.

Shift Pattern

08:00 – 17:00 Monday-Friday.

Overtime may be required depending on the needs of the business.
