Job summary

NCR Atleos in Rotherham is seeking an ATM Spraying Technician to join the Manufacturing Team. You will prepare ATMs for painting, apply coating finishes, and support branding and commissioning to ready units for installation across the UK.

This role involves stock control, maintenance of spray equipment, and occasional overtime, including Saturdays, to meet project schedules. You will work with IT systems such as Oracle ERP to record usage and complete final checks before dispatch.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in spray painting with preparation techniques and coating systems.
• Ability to achieve high-quality finishes on varied surfaces and components.
• Knowledge of safe handling, storage and disposal of paints and solvents.
• Basic IT skills including Microsoft Office applications.
• Competence in manual handling and use of lifting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ATMs and components for painting including cleaning and surface prep.
• Carry out spray painting using single and two-coat systems to a high standard.
• Manage paint and materials including stock control and disposal.
• Maintain spray booth and equipment and perform health & safety checks.
• Stage and commission new/refurbished ATMs and test configurations.
• Configure, test and balance ATMs and routers; install digital locks.
• Record usage in Oracle ERP and apply branding prior to dispatch.
• Assist with stock takes and support refurbishment activities.
