Qualifications
Minimum of five GCSEs (A*-C or equivalent), including English and Maths.
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technology discipline.
Experience working with external suppliers (phone, video conferencing, or in person).
Professional and confident communication skills.
Responsibilities
Manage, support, and enhance the ATM switching platform and payment applications.
Implement new features and system improvements in line with business requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to define requirements.
Provide operational support to ensure platform performance meets agreed SLAs.
Carry out scheduled maintenance to ensure system stability and availability.
Prepare and maintain ATM downloads, configurations, and screen updates.
