We are looking for enthusiastic Welsh-speaking Swimming Teachers to join our friendly and professional team. You will be part of our successful swim school team, teaching either in a group or individual lessons. A passion for swimming and teaching, along with excellent customer service skills, are essential. You must be able to communicate and deliver swimming lessons in Welsh. Candidates must hold a Level 2 Swimming Teacher Qualification; however, full training will be provided to the most suitable candidate. This position is subject to a DBS check.

Hours: Casual hours - as and when required to meet the demands of the business

Requirements

• To teach swimming to children and/or adults as part of the Leisure Centre’s swimming lesson programme, according to qualification, training, and experience
• To communicate with children’s parents/guardians regarding their development and advise on their progression
• To assist in supervising customers in the swimming pool and surrounding areas, ensuring safety and discipline
• Excellent communication skills with a genuine desire to work closely with customers
• Ability to deal effectively with children and their parents
• Level 2 swimming teaching qualification is desirable
• Training and development will be provided

Salary:
