Job summary

Reed’s School is seeking an enthusiastic Athletic Development Coach to support the Athletic Development Department in delivering high-quality strength and conditioning and sports coaching across the School. The successful candidate will work with Sports Scholars aged 11-18, delivering coaching sessions, athletic development programmes and physical literacy education throughout the school day.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching at least one school sport (Rugby, Hockey, Netball or Cricket) or academy sports.
• Experience coaching school-age athletes (11–18).
• Ability to deliver sessions before school, during curriculum time, lunchtimes and after school.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coaching sessions and athletic development programmes to pupils aged 11–18.
• Provide physical literacy education across the school day.
• Support the Athletic Development Department with high-quality coaching provision.
