International Schools Today is seeking a part-time, term-time only coach to support the Athletic Development Department. The role involves delivering strength, conditioning and sports coaching to Sports Scholars aged 11-18 across before school, curriculum time, lunchtimes and after school.

You will design and review athletic development programmes, deliver physical literacy and conditioning within PE and Games lessons, and assist with performance data collection and welfare monitoring.

• Deliver coaching sessions for Sports Scholars across a range of sports.
• Design, implement and review long-term athletic development programmes for athletes aged 11-18.
• Deliver physical literacy, strength and conditioning principles within PE, Games and training sessions.
• Assist with fitness testing, movement screening and data collection for athlete development.
• Monitor pupil development, attendance, training engagement, progress and injury management.
• Attend meetings related to athlete development, welfare, performance and progress.
• Carry out other duties as instructed by the Head of Athletic Development.
• Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young persons.
