The Role of Junior Managing Partner

Key responsibilities include:

• Motivating and leading the pharmacy team
• Maintaining professional and legal obligations
• Advocating for the TWC brand
• Aligning with pharmacy values and expectations
• Building community relationships beyond the pharmacy
• Caring for customers and the community

Supported by a dedicated support center, structured onboarding, training, mentoring, and an experienced owner, you will thrive with an average of 150 scripts daily, health checks, and a vibrant community presence.
