Raytheon-Rafael Area Protection Systems (R2S) Joint Venture (JV) is seeking a proven, high performing ATF Compliance Manager to support a dynamic and growing joint venture. Our mission focuses on producing Iron Dome/SkyHunter major end items to fulfill requirements of worldwide customers.

The selected candidate will oversee compliance with regulations set by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF). Responsibilities include developing and managing practices to ensure safety and security of the manufacturing facility, staff, and intellectual property.
Preferred skills include analyzing risks under laws like the NFA, GCA, SEA, and AECA, data analysis, and experience in a compliance or security role at Raytheon. Strong judgment, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.
Work location is in Camden, Arkansas (relocation support available) or remote with frequent travel to Camden. Travel is estimated at 15-25% within the US.
