Job summary

SoCode Recruitment seeks an ATE Technical Lead with a hands-on background to own the complete ATE lifecycle from R&D through manufacturing and ongoing production support. You will lead technical decisions, debug and integrate testers, and ensure successful transfer to manufacturing sites.

The role requires 5+ years of ATE experience, strong Python, and experience coordinating hardware, software, and manufacturing teams. Cambridge area, hybrid on-site schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ATE experience including tester development and production support.
• Experience with TestStand or equivalent ATE platforms.
• Strong Python skills for automation, debugging and data analysis.
• Hardware, electronics, networks and embedded systems knowledge.
• Ability to lead tester architecture and manage cross-functional delivery.
• Experience with manufacturing transfer and production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, integration and deployment of automated testers from R&D to manufacturing.
• Own ATE lifecycle including debugging, integration, and production support.
• Coordinate hardware, software, embedded, mechanical, QA and manufacturing teams.
• Manage tester architecture, requirements, design reviews and risk management.
• Oversee production transfer, calibration, troubleshooting and yield improvement.
