An exciting job role has recently become available for an ASW Team Manager. They are looking for a new member to join the Mental Health Team in Wolverhampton City Council.
What will your responsibilities be?
As an ASW Team Manager, you will ensure a high quality and effective social work service to respond to the needs of adults, families, and carers in a timely manner and within statutory guidelines. You will assess needs, plan and deliver focused interventions to safeguard adults and promote positive outcomes. You will be fully accountable for all the work undertaken for adults allocated to the social work unit. Additionally, you will work closely with other allied health professionals to ensure the best outcomes for adults, families, and carers. You will also offer consultancy, support, coaching, and development to the Social Work Unit and other professionals within the locality.
