Job summary

Mercor is seeking Physics PhD experts (General Relativity, Astrophysics & Cosmology) for a remote contract role. You will develop high-quality data sets by creating challenging problems in GR, astrophysics, and cosmology, and you will evaluate and refine AI model training.

The engagement is 4–6 tasks per week with rolling applications. Excellent English, meticulous written and verbal communication, and a PhD in physics are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• PhD in Physics with specialization in General Relativity, Astrophysics, or Cosmology.
• Graduate degree from US/UK/Canada/Western Europe.
• High attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality data sets by creating challenging problems in General Relativity, Astrophysics, and Cosmology.
• Evaluate and refine AI model training to enhance future AI innovations.
