This is a high-profile role working with some of the world's largest companies and PE houses, offering an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to the dynamic world of Transaction Forensics. Our team is highly ambitious with significant growth aspirations over the next few years.
EY's Transaction Forensics – Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) team provides expert support to clients, investment banks, lawyers, and deal teams on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) pricing mechanisms and the accounting aspects of SPAs, including post-deal Completion Accounts. You will assist clients in SPA negotiations and interact with deal teams and clients across the transaction lifecycle.
Strong interpersonal skills and risk management are essential. You will work closely with due diligence teams to identify opportunities and mitigate risks, developing a strong internal and external network. This role offers stimulation, challenge, and career development in a key firm specialization.
Motivated team players with a rigorous working style, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have excellent analytical and negotiation skills and a desire to develop a high-value specialist skill set for corporate and private equity clients.
