Job summary

EY Channel Islands is seeking an Assurance Associate School Leaver in Guernsey. From day one you'll work with clients to understand business activities, assess risks and contribute to draft reports as you progress toward a professional qualification.

The programme combines coaching, technology, and hybrid working. Applicants should hold a British or Irish passport and be resident in Guernsey or have permission to live and work on the island.

Qualifications

• Motivation to study towards the ACCA/ ICAEW professional qualification to become a Chartered Certified Accountant
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with others
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances

Responsibilities

• Developing an understanding of clients’ businesses and the industries they operate in through conducting research
• Building and maintain professional working relationship with clients whilst collecting information and providing updates
