EY Channel Islands is recruiting an Assurance Associate School Leaver in Jersey, with a start in August 2027. From day one you’ll gain exposure to client work while pursuing a recognised professional qualification and developing practical skills in assurance services.

You’ll join an established team in St Helier, supported by coaching, modern tools, and a culture focused on learning, collaboration, and career growth within EY’s global network.

Qualifications

• Motivation to study toward the ACCA/ICAEW professional qualification to become a Chartered Certified Accountant
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with others
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of clients’ businesses and industries through research
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and provide updates
• Gather and analyse information to prepare draft reports
