The Assurance and Compliance Manager will play a pivotal role in helping ISS become the world's greatest service organisation. By providing robust oversight of Hard FM service delivery, this role ensures that our customers' objectives are met through empowered, high-performing teams.
You will provide the Senior Leadership Team with confidence that maintenance and FM activities are delivered to the highest standards, in full compliance with contractual, legal, and statutory requirements.
This role is central to maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and driving operational excellence across a large estate. It ensures that all compliance and assurance processes are robust, auditable, and fully aligned with ISS's commitment to delivering world-class service.
The position also carries supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organisational policies and applicable laws, including hiring, training, directing, and appraising team members, as well as managing complaints and resolving operational issues. The primary focus is on providing a compliant, high-quality FM service that consistently meets business-defined requirements.
