Our client is a well-known independent firm of Chartered Surveyors / Residential Surveyors. With strong and encouraging levels of workflow, they are urgently recruiting for the below areas / patches.

Their model is based on private instructions, in the form of Level 2 Homebuyer Reports and Level 3 Building Surveys (non-lender work).

The Person and Role:

MRICS or AssocRICS
VRS Registered (or eligible for VRS)
Expect to carry out a range of Homebuyer Reports (Level 2) and Building Surveys (Level 3)
Targets are sensible, as well as a tight concentrated geographical patch.
Expect a bonus scheme, car allowance or car, pension, and healthcare.
High quality and low volume

*Basic salaries in the region of £50,000 / £58,000* (depending on experience) plus car allowance, pension/healthcare and bonus scheme, OTE in the region of £75,000 / £80,000.
