Job summary

RBC Wealth Management Edinburgh is recruiting a Wealth Management Associate to support senior colleagues while you develop the foundations of a career in wealth management. The role offers hands-on experience, mentorship and a clear progression route toward becoming a Wealth Manager or Wealth Paraplanner.

This permanent full-time position requires four days in the office with one day remote, providing exposure to client support, investment solutions and financial planning under supervision.

• Collate and verify the accuracy of information and work provided.
• Support wealth colleagues with all aspects of client support, including preparation of reviews and client documentation.
• Develop knowledge of investment, lending, cash and trust solutions through exposure to client support.
• Provide clients with information (not advice) in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Support business development through correct application of client processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with One RBC partners and functional colleagues across platforms to ensure clients receive exceptional service.

Job description

You will be a Wealth Management Associate, providing support and assistance under the guidance of senior colleagues in Wealth Management. This role is designed for structured development, offering hands-on experience, mentorship and full support to achieve industry-specific qualifications, with a clear progression route into a Wealth Manager or Wealth Paraplanner position.

This is a permanent, full-time role and requires 4 days in the office at our Edinburgh location, with flexibility to work 1 day per week remotely, depending on working arrangements.
