Role Description

Full-time M&A Associate role based in Notting Hill, London.

We are seeking an individual with M&A Investment Banking / Transaction Services experience to help drive deals from inception to execution.

The role includes:

  1. Process Coordination: Coordinating internal processes and team members, dealing with investors and business owners, valuation modelling, and forecasting.
  2. Execution of M&A Due Diligence: Liaising with business owners, accountants, private equity investors, and their partners to address due diligence requests.
  3. Marketing Materials Preparation: Assisting in preparing investor materials, such as slides highlighting companies.
