Full-time M&A Associate role based in Notting Hill, London.

We are looking for someone with M&A Investment Banking / Transaction Services experience, capable of driving deals from inception to execution.

The role will include:

1. Process Coordination

• Coordinating internal processes and team members
• Dealing with investors and business owners
• Valuation modelling and forecasting

1. Execution of M&A Diligence Processes

• Liaising with business owners and their accountants for Due Diligence
• Collaborating with Private Equity investors and their Due Diligence partners during execution

Assist in preparing marketing materials for investors, such as slides highlighting companies we represent.
