Role Description

Full-time M&A Associate role based in Notting Hill, London.

We are looking for someone with M&A Investment Banking / Transaction Services experience, capable of driving deals from inception through to execution.

The role will include:

• Process Coordination: coordinating internal processes and team members, dealing with investors and business owners, valuation modeling and forecasting.
• Execution of M&A Diligence Processes: liaising with business owners, accountants, private equity investors, and their due diligence partners.
• Preparing marketing materials (PowerPoint): assisting in creating investor presentations, such as slides highlighting companies we represent.
