Join a highly respected and fast-paced residential valuation team focused on high-value single dwellings and residential developments in Prime Central London. We're looking for a qualified and experienced Associate Surveyor (MRICS, RICS Registered Valuer) to deliver expert valuations for a wide range of clients, including lenders, developers, and private individuals.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of complex and high-value instructions, work directly with clients, and play a key role in business development. You’ll need strong technical skills (Excel, Argus Developer), fluency in valuation methodology, and the confidence to lead on valuations while supporting senior colleagues.
