Job summary

A manufacturing company in Wirral is seeking a Validation Officer to oversee equipment qualification and process validation, and ensure compliance with Quality Management System standards. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years' experience in validation, strong knowledge of quality control processes, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position with responsibilities that include training staff and conducting audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a validation role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Control processes and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Compile validation protocols and ensure proper documentation.
• Conduct equipment qualification and process validation activities.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely completion of validation tasks.
• Train production staff on in-process control and guidance on Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs).
• Promote the Quality Management System (QMS) and coach staff on procedures.
