Job Description

Associate, Treasury Systems at Checkout.com:

This role is part of the Finance Transformation Team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Treasury Systems. The team focuses on system implementations, process re-engineering, and system enhancements to support the Finance and Treasury functions. You will work closely with the Treasury Team to manage and support our Treasury Management System (Kyriba) and contribute to the broader finance system transformation initiatives.

What you will be doing:

1. Supporting and maintaining our Treasury Management System (TMS), including process improvements and controls.
2. Collaborating with Treasury and Finance teams to optimize TMS functionality, reporting, and compliance.
3. Managing support tickets related to Treasury system issues and enhancements.
4. Contributing to Kyriba's delivery roadmap, identifying automation opportunities, and resolving BAU problems.
5. Assisting in project planning, risk management, and progress reporting.
6. Implementing and maintaining IT General Controls (ITGCs) for Kyriba.
7. Liaising with auditors to facilitate year-end audits and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Kyriba or similar Treasury Management Systems; knowledge of banking systems is highly desirable.
• Background in finance transformation projects, with experience in system implementation and process re-engineering.
• Understanding of IT General Controls, system change monitoring, and access controls.
• Experience in a corporate Treasury environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of treasury processes, payments, and integration approaches.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders and team members.
• Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
• Experience creating project documentation, solutions, and process guides.
• Previous experience in Treasury systems vendor, consultancy, or Treasury department is a plus.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and work patterns.
• Additional platforms such as SWIFT, ERPs, etc., are advantageous.
