Job summary

Mattinson Partnership is seeking an experienced Principal Transport Planner or Associate Transport Planner to join their Cambridge team and contribute to the growth of the business. You will lead projects from concept through to completion, manage client relationships, and mentor a team of transport planners.

Ideal candidates will have strong transport planning experience, project management skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach to low-carbon transport solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport planning within land development and planning sectors.
• Proven experience managing projects and delivering high-quality technical work.
• Ability to lead and support other transport professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of transport projects from concept to completion.
• Develop strong client relationships and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to transport assessments, travel plans, modelling and development planning.
• Engage with stakeholders and manage project delivery.
