Qualifications

• Significant experience within a planning consultancy or related property environment.
• Strong understanding of the UK planning system and development management process.
• Experience leading complex planning projects and advising senior clients.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex planning projects from inception to determination.
• Provide strategic planning advice to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with local planning authorities and consultants.
• Prepare and review planning strategies, reports and applications.
• Lead client meetings, presentations and negotiations.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to growth.
• Mentor junior planning team members.
• Contribute to the wider strategic direction of the planning business.
