The business works across a diverse range of planning projects and provides strategic planning and development advice to a broad client base, including landowners, developers and private clients.

The Role

As an Associate Town Planner / Associate Partner, you will take responsibility for managing a varied portfolio of planning projects while developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

You will be involved in:

• Managing a varied caseload of planning projects from inception through to determination
  Providing strategic planning advice to private clients, landowners and developers
  Preparing and submitting planning applications
  Leading planning appraisals and development strategies
  Preparing planning statements, representations and appeal submissions
  Managing planning negotiations with local planning authorities
  Attending client meetings and site visits
  Building and maintaining strong client relationship
