Job Title: Associate Town Planner

Job Summary:

A leading Property consultancy is looking to appoint an Associate Director in their London team to continue delivering exceptional advice on major schemes across London and the South East. You will collaborate with major housebuilders, developers, and investors, maintaining strong relationships and upholding their reputation for securing consent on some of the UK’s most iconic developments.

Daily responsibilities include preparing complex planning applications for various schemes, working closely with local authorities and key stakeholders. You should actively seek new business opportunities through your network and pursue new instructions regularly.

Candidates should have a proven track record of successfully obtaining planning consents in London and the South East, with excellent knowledge of the UK Planning system. Membership of the RTPI is essential for this role, as is the ability to work closely with clients. Strong communication skills are required, including chairing meetings and public speaking.
