Key Responsibilities:

As a Principal Town Planner or Associate Town Planner, you will play a vital role in our consultancy, including:

  1. Collaborating on a wide range of planning projects, from residential and commercial to mixed-use developments.
  2. Preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and support documents.
  3. Engaging with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  4. Offering expert advice on planning policy, regulations, and development potential.
  5. Staying updated with industry trends and regulations to provide the best guidance to clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
  1. A degree in Town Planning or a related field.
  2. Be a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI).
  3. A minimum of 5 years experience in the public or private sector.
  4. Strong knowledge of UK planning policies and regulations.
  5. Excellent project management skills.
  6. Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  7. Experience working in a planning consultancy is a plus.
