Position: Associate Planner

Salary: c. £60,000

Location: London

Overview

Are you eager to work for one of the larger property consultancies in London and build your CV with iconic projects? A leading, multi-disciplinary property consultancy in Central London is expanding its busy Planning team due to increasing project demands. As an Associate Planner, you will collaborate closely with Directors on major projects across sectors including residential, commercial, mixed-use, education, and student accommodation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Chartered member of the RTPI
• Experience working on projects in London and the South East
• Strong understanding of the UK planning system, especially London's planning policies and the London Plan
• Excellent communication skills

Experience

Consultancy experience is preferred, but candidates with experience on major London projects or with the GLA from the public sector will also be considered.
