We’re working with a leading development-focused investment institution with over £8.1 billion in AuM to hire an Associate into its Direct Private Equity team in London.

The role:

You’ll support the full investment lifecycle — from origination through to execution and active portfolio management — with a focus on direct equity investments in high-growth companies across sectors such as Technologies, Telecoms, and Industrials. The role is ideal for candidates who want to apply private equity skillsets in a mission-driven context.

What we're looking for:

• 2–4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking (M&A), or principal investing
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and transaction execution capabilities
• Interest in investing in emerging and frontier markets
• Collaborative, low-ego team player with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Emerging markets or development finance experience is a plus, but not essential
