A prestigious Magic Circle law firm is seeking to hire a talented TMT Associate (3+ PQE) to join its market-leading London team. This is a rare opportunity to work at the cutting edge of commercial technology law, advising on complex, high-value matters for some of the world’s most prominent businesses.

The Role

You’ll be part of a top-tier TMT practice advising on a broad range of commercial contracts and technology-driven projects. The team is known for its work on digital transformation, outsourcing, platform structuring, and strategic tech procurement, often across multiple jurisdictions. You’ll work closely with partners and senior lawyers who are recognised leaders in the field, and you'll have the opportunity to build deep client relationships from day one.

Key Experience Sought

• Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience (E&W or equivalent)
• Strong background in commercial contracts, particularly in the tech or digital sectors
• Experience advising on outsourcing, supply and services agreements, and licensing arrangements
• Exposure to digital platforms, cloud services, or fintech is highly valued
• Data privacy or regulatory experience is a plus, but not essential
• Open to foreign-qualified lawyers with relevant experience
