Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Digital PMO pillar within the Programme Leadership & Management (PL&M) team
  • Lead and mentor project controls professionals, ensuring compliance and quality standards
  • Develop and embed best practices for project and programme controls
  • Collaborate with project managers, providing insights and strategic advice
  • Analyze project performance, communicate progress, and identify opportunities
  • Manage project controls activities, meet deadlines, and report findings
  • Resolve complex project issues, ensuring accurate reflection in controls products
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in project controls within the construction industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify gaps and develop solutions
  • Ability to work efficiently amidst ambiguity and manage multiple priorities
  • Leadership skills to manage, motivate, and guide teams
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly
  • Relevant bachelor's degree, professional qualification, or chartered status
  • Solid understanding of cost, planning, change, and contract management, especially NEC contracts
