Arcadis is seeking an experienced Associate Technical Director to join the Rail South, West & Wales Business Unit. You will provide technical leadership across major rail structures projects, mentoring teams and guiding design development from concept to delivery.
This role requires Chartered Engineer status, a strong track record in rail projects, and the ability to lead client relationships and be a driving force in regional growth.

We are seeking an experienced Associate Technical Director to join our Rail South, West & Wales Business Unit, supporting the delivery of major rail structures projects across the region. Working as part of our Rail South, West & Wales Civil & Structural Engineering team, you will provide technical leadership across a diverse portfolio including depots and maintenance facilities, bridge replacements, and station upgrade and new-build schemes.
