Job summary

Hickton Quality Control, the UK\'s leading Clerk of Works provider, seeks a senior operational leader to oversee site staff, maintain high client relationships, and drive growth across multiple projects. The role requires travel to active sites in the UK and a hybrid office-based leadership base.

Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of the role of Clerk of Works, site inspection and construction quality assurance.
• Strong technical understanding of building regulations and standards, construction techniques, and materials.
• Proven ability to manage teams and build strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication, report writing, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency with digital inspection tools and reporting platforms.
• Relevant construction-based qualification (e.g., ICWCI, MCIOB, MCABE membership, HNC/HND in Construction etc).
