The Associate TDM serves an essential role to ensure the smooth execution of program activities by organizing and managing various parts of a program to ensure its success. Partners with project team members, program managers and/or stakeholders by managing vendor relationships and contracts, assisting with procurement and licensing processes, supporting project management tasks, and coordinating communication efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Travel Requirements: Low level of domestic U.S. travel required (up to 20% of time).
Behavioral Core Competencies:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, or a related field preferred.
