Job summary

MAP is seeking an Associate Tech Solution Consultant to join the Solution Consulting team. You'll work with a tight-knit group to design and implement Adobe Workfront solutions that enable Collaborative Work Management and Content Supply Chain capabilities.

You'll collaborate with Business Architects and client stakeholders to gather requirements, translate processes into configurations, and support testing, deployments and go-live activities.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn supporting technologies.
• Experience with client/stakeholder management.
• Experience with Workfront.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Business Architects and client stakeholders to ensure business processes are effectively understood.
• Assist in gathering business and technical requirements, documenting solution decisions and producing technical documentation.
• Translate defined business processes into Adobe Workfront configuration and automation requirements.
• Implement Adobe Workfront object structures, user access and permissions, custom forms, workflows, reports, dashboards and governance configurations in line with solution designs.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), package deployments, go-live activities and post-launch hypercare.

What will your day look like?

As part of our Solution Consulting team, you'll help clients solve complex marketing and operational challenges through technology. Working alongside experienced Consultants and Business Architects, you'll play a key role in designing and implementing Adobe Workfront solutions that enable modern Collaborative Work Management and Content Supply Chain capabilities:

• Collaborate closely with Business Architects and client stakeholders to ensure business processes are effectively understood.
