About us
Avencia is your talent outsourcing partner. We bring a fresh perspective to recruitment outsourcing, favouring simplicity over complexity, quality over volume, and personalisation over uniformity.
Backed by an undisputed track record in insurance and other growing industries, we partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to provide flexible and bespoke strategic services which are critical to our client’s business.
We partner with our clients to understand their Talent Acquisition challenges and design solutions tailored to their needs.
The role
Due to continued growth on one of our key accounts, we are seeking a Talent Sourcing Partner to join our on-site team working on a hybrid basis – The client is based in Central London and we anticipate that the role will likely require 2/3 days a week on site. This is a Permanent opportunity, where you will join a well-established, well-embedded Client Services team. Our client is unique in their approach to Insurance, is rapidly expanding year-on-year and, as such, this is not your every day, run-of-the mill candidate sourcing role!
The position itself will involve you identifying, engaging with, and placing candidates across multiple disciplines. You will also support our existing team of Recruitment Business Partners with short term projects, talent pooling, candidate management, candidate feedback, market mapping and other recruitment focused tasks.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate seeking their first opportunity in Talent Acquisition, or for a Coordinator/Administrator with up to 12 months of experience looking to step into a more sourcing-focused position with a clear path for career growth.
