Part of a multicultural team, your role is to guarantee client satisfaction and ensure the well-functioning of our solutions. You will have opportunity to work for clients from various industries including retail distribution, luxury, industrial, eCommerce, automotive, pharmaceutical, etc. This is the perfect role for you to build solid functional and technical foundation before taking a next step challenge in our organization.

This role will analyse and resolve functional issues that arise post implementation in connection with supply chain software solutions. In addition, this role will work with analysts to provide issue resolution utilizing supply chain technologies and perform testing of client specific enhancements in a timely manner. The primary activities of the position include client communication, testing, issues resolution, and post implementation support. To achieve all of these, you will be trained and accompanied by our Support team in the UK.

Here are a few things that we see as critical for someone to be successful in this role:

  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  2. Excellent communication skills together with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  3. You will be incredibly detail-oriented and customer focused, you are a get things done person and want to be measured by your output rather than your input
  4. Bachelor’s degree in logistics, engineering, computer science, mathematics or equivalent through business experience
  5. Fluent (spoken and written) in English; another European language would be a plus.
  6. The flexibility to work at customer locations up to 30%, sometimes for prolonged engagements within the UK region.
