Responsibilities

• Lead projects on behalf of the group, building sustained client relationships.
• Review technical work and mentor junior team members.
• Assist in bid proposals and fee proposals with senior colleagues.
• Ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Support development and performance reviews within the team.
