Strata Consulting is seeking an Associate Structural Engineer to lead the Poole office of a respected multidisciplinary consultancy, delivering innovative, sustainable design across the UK. You’ll lead projects across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors and serve as the primary client contact.

This senior role focuses on strategic development of the Poole office, mentoring engineers, and supporting business development.

Qualifications

• Extensive technical design experience across a range of materials and sectors.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects.
• Excellent client-facing and business development skills.
• Experience leading and mentoring engineers at varying levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
• Be the key client contact and ensure delivery to high standards.
