Job description

We have fantastic new opportunity for an experienced structural engineer in Cardiff who is looking to make the move into an Associate's position. We need someone from a structural background who is passionate about delivery and providing a quality service while contributing to driving a business forwards. This role is for an award-winning engineering consultancy in Cardiff with a skilled team covering several civil and structural engineering sectors.

Project values extend up and into the hundreds of millions and include schemes of high local significance. The successful candidate will be joining with the view to working into a director's position.

Responsibilities would include but not limited to:

• Managing and/or delegating to staff
• Resource planning
• Output quality control
• Assisting with recruitment/interviews
• Project reviews
