Job summary

AVD Appoint is currently recruiting an Associate Structural Engineer for a leading UK real estate organisation. The role can be based in London, Bristol or Birmingham with a hybrid working arrangement for the right candidate.

You will lead and manage complex structural engineering projects from inception to completion, with a strong focus on Fit Out refurbishment and forensic investigations. Chartered status and previous associate/lead level experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Chartered engineer status is essential.
• Experience at Associate/Lead/Principal level in structural engineering.
• Experience with Fit Out refurbishment projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex structural engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Work primarily on Fit Out refurbishment projects with forensic investigation emphasis.
• Provide guidance and direction to project teams throughout delivery.
