As an Associate you will be Chartered (or very nearly there) with 10 years + of buildings design experience involving complex projects. You will be responsible for clients, projects and staff, as well as conducting hands on design yourself. The role will also include mentoring, assisting with CPD, business strategy, resource allocation, financial management, and responsibility for client relationships.
