Think Recruitment are seeking an Associate Structural Engineer to play a key role in leading our clients structural engineering team, shaping the strategic direction of their design services and ensuring high-quality and innovative solutions across various projects and sectors.

Our client are going from strength to strength with a solid pipeline of future work confirmed, so are looking for someone to join their business with the ability to;

Lead the structural design and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
Provide
technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
Liaise
with clients, architects, and other consultants to ensure project goals are met.
Prepare and review calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports.
Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction.
Support
the Directors with business development and proposal preparation.
Contribute
