The Associate Engineer role comes with a comprehensive package up to £75,000 and various negotiables.

Responsibilities and duties of the Associate Structural Engineer role

Reporting to the Director, you will:

• Offer technical advice and guidance to your team of 8
• Secure and bring work into the business
• Recruit new team members
• Run the office and projects successfully
• Be strategically involved with the direction of the business and team
• Regularly communicate with clients, stakeholders, and the wider board

Professional qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:

• Chartered with the ICE or IStructE
• Proven managerial and mentoring experience
• Proven success bringing work and clients into the business
• Background working with a variety of project types and materials
