The successful candidate is likely to have at least ten years of postgraduate experience and be accustomed to taking design responsibility for projects. They are probably Chartered, but applications from candidates with similar experience and expertise are welcomed.

For this Associate Structural Engineer role, our client offers:

  • A flexible working environment
  • Training and career development at all levels to help staff realize their aspirations
  • Payment of professional membership fees

To be considered for this role, you should:

  • Be capable of working within a mixed civil/structural engineering team, with competence in either field; candidates stronger in one field are also acceptable, provided they can represent all areas in meetings and relay key actions to specific designers
  • Be able to manage project finances and company marketing to a high standard
