Job summary

Aldwych Consulting in London SE1 is seeking an Associate Structural Engineer to lead the design and delivery of complex structural projects.

You’ll own projects from concept to completion, lead teams, engage with clients, monitor finances and mentor junior engineers. Qualifications

We're looking for a driven and technically skilled Associate Structural Engineer to join the London SE1 team and play a key role in leading the design and delivery of complex structural projects.

About the Role:

As part of the 250-strong Civil & Structural division, you'll be based in a vibrant London office of 140 staff, with 20 in the civil & structural team at this office, collaborating on projects that range from £10m to £50m+, including:

• Data centres
• Healthcare facilities
• Schools
• Defence projects
• Mixed-use developments and residential schemes (typically 8-15 storeys)

You’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, lead teams, engage with clients, monitor financial performance and mentor junior engineers – all while helping to shape the future of their structural offering.
